1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the
promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included
for ease of reference and do not affect interpretation in any way.
2. The promoter is KASA Hotel Collection “Servicios y Operaciones Kasa, S.A. de C.V.” (hereinafter,
the “Promoter”).
Eligibility to enter
3. Entry is open only to the Nominees that must be a Certified Health Care provider worldwide
(hereinafter, “Eligible Entrants”), such as a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, pediatrist, dentist,
chiropractor, clinical psychologist, optometrist, nurse practitioner, nurse-midwife, or a clinical
social worker authorized to practice. People who make the nomination (hereinafter, “Nominators”)
must be 18 years or older.
4. All Nominators/Eligible Entrants should be 18 years or older.
5. Employees of the contest sponsors including KASA Hotel Collection, and their respective
affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment
agencies and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns as well
as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such
employee are not eligible to enter.
Entry into the promotion
6.In order to participate, the nominator has to like and follow KASA Hotel Collection Facebook page.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are posted at KASA Hotel Collection Facebook page
under the events tab (LINK).
8. Nominations must be 300 words or less, can include photos or videos. We will only count
nominations made inside the Facebook event page (link).
9. Only one nomination or entry per Nominator, multiple entries from the same person will be
disqualified. Eligible Entrants can be nominated by different people telling their own reasons they
believe their healthcare provider of choice should win.
10. Nominations will be received until 11:59 pm EST June 14th, 2020. After this date, no further
entries to the competition will be permitted.
11. The nominator shall provide contact information of the Eligible Entrant in case of winning the
prize.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
14. Final stage nominees will be 3 different Eligible Entrants, selected by the Promoter KASA Hotel
Collection on June 17th, 2020. The nominations will be up for public voting. The nomination with the
most likes by 11:59 pm EST, June 28th, 2020, will win the prize to the Eligible Entrants and the
prize for the Nominator.
15. In the event that nominees have the same number of likes, the voting will be extended 1 more day
for a tie-breaker. The nomination with the most likes by 11:59 pm EST, June 29th, 2020, will win the
prize to the Eligible Entrants and the for the Nominator.
16. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, Nominators and
Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify
any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
19. By entering this competition, the Nominator and the Eligible Entrant is indicating his/her
agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with
Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the promoter and not to
Facebook.
21. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where
prohibited.
The Prize
22. There will be two prizes:

25. Prize travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Please allow a
minimum of 60 days' notice when making the booking. The winner and companion must travel together on
all prize travel and accommodation. Any upgrade on prize travel and accommodation will be at the
winner’s cost.
26. Prize travel and accommodation must be completed by December 22nd, 2021. No travel is permitted between the following dates:
27. There can be no changes to travel arrangements once flight tickets have been issued or
accommodation bookings once the reservation is confirmed.
28. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to
use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or
services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person unless agreed by the Promoter. It is a
condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
29. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any
third
party connected with this competition.
Notification of the winners
30. The winners (Nominator and his/her Eligible Entrant) will be announced on July 1st, 2020 through
KASA Hotel Collection Facebook page.
31. If winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the prize within 30 days from the
time award notification was sent, or fail to timely return a completed and executed declaration and
release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military
disturbance, an act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation
or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be
notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
33. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be
used for promotional purposes by the Promoter unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at
the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information
provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the
promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any
applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Without limiting the
foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled
in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement.
34. The Promoter will collect data for the purposes of administering this promotion. By entering the
competition the Nominator and the Eligible Entrant are opting in to receive further communications
from the Promoter and will be automatically added to the relevant mailing lists. The Nominatorand
the Eligible Entrant may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe tool on any future
communication received.
35. The Promoter has arranged this Promotion in good faith but does not accept liability relating to
this prize
