Amazing Stay

They were great and so accessible via text, they really came through for my family several times during our stay […] The food was great, especially the taco tasting experience prepared in our room! Holiday Penthouse Retreat w/Great Food

Great service from the property management and restaurant staff! Beautiful views and comfortable environment. Wellness and revitalization were our goals and we achieved them in this perfect getaway! The small town of Puerto Aventuras was a dream vacation.

Great experience, wonderful people!

My husband and I had the best experience in this hotel. Our reservation included a continental breakfast that was way better than I expected. It is located in an upscale neighborhood between the beach and downtown. It is easy to get around by bike or car. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Perfect for a romantic getaway

My boyfriend and I booked the penthouse with the pool. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely time enjoying the facilities. they were not many customers at this period which was nice for us due to the COVID situation. If you are looking for a small and quite hotel, I do recommend this hotel.

Excellent option for staying at the Riviera Maya

The hotel is in Puerto Aventuras, is a very nice complex but also the access to Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and other places are quite easy. The people at the hotel are very nice and attentive. The food is really good and the rooms are clean, fresh and nicely decorated. […]

Fabulous boutique hotel! We loved everything about the KASA! Our room was huge a one bedroom suite and a great terrace overlooking the pool. […] We did the wine tasting which was great and very informative with amazing canapés from the restaurant! […]

Views for days!

Amazing house with views for days!!! The concierge (Giovanni). Was super helpful. The house comes with a nice breakfast every day and a house lady (Andrea) who was great as well. We also had the hotel chef come and cook for us for 2 nights!!! He did a great job.

Amazing

Beautiful place and amazing staff from check in to restaurant to check out very very nice. The View from our room was amazing we could sit out on the patio, the monkey came by to visit almost everyday

Much needed rest

This is a beautiful hotel that makes you feel at home. It is very quiet and peaceful and the staff is helpful and friendly. I came to relax and get away and was able to get some much-needed rest. I definitely recommend this location if you are seeking a quiet and warm environment.
